Network door controllers
Industrial-grade, PoE-powered controllers built on the open Axis API we develop against directly. One controller drives multiple doors, readers, and locks — provisioned and managed from the cloud.
AXIS A1601
Our workhorse controller. Powerful processor, expanded storage, up to 70K on-device credentials, and full offline operation — ideal for mid-size and multi-site installs. Drives up to four readers.
AXIS A1610
Current-generation single controller with Axis Edge Vault hardware security and signed firmware. A clean default for new one- and two-door deployments.
AXIS A1710-B
Compact multi-door controller for up to four doors, with onboard lock power and color-coded connectors. Built for centralized installs in a comms room. 250K credentials on the device.
AXIS A1810-B
Eight-door version of the A17/A18 platform — one all-in-one device for dense, centralized cabling. Same 250K-credential capacity and onboard lock power.
AXIS A1210

Mullion-mount Bluetooth and RFID reader. Tap a phone with AXIS Mobile Credential or a 13.56 MHz card. Indoor or outdoor, scratch-resistant glass front, OSDP over RS-485.
AXIS A4120-E
RFID reader with a backlit keypad for card-and-PIN or PIN-only doors. Weatherproof and vandal-resistant, with OSDP for secure, supervised wiring.
OSDP & Wiegand readers
Wire in standard OSDP or Wiegand card and PIN readers from any manufacturer. Axis network intercoms — such as the A8207-VE video door station — work as door entry points too.
